At Dreamii Aesthetics, we value both our clients’ time and our own. To ensure appointments are managed fairly, we kindly ask all clients to adhere to the following policy by booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling Appointments
If you wish to change the date or time of your appointment, please contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Cancelling Appointments
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
- Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and will forfeit their deposit.
- Dreamii Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse future bookings from repeat no-shows.
