Under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, it is illegal to administer cosmetic dermal fillers or botulinum toxin treatments to anyone under the age of 18.

We reserve the right to request valid photographic ID before or during the booking process and at your appointment. If suitable ID cannot be provided, treatment may be refused. Any suspected fraudulent identification may be reported to the relevant authorities.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given and the new appointment is booked within 14 days of the cancellation date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments will result in the loss of the booking fee.
